At M72Tees, we care about getting it right for every fan. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read the policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

This policy applies to all purchases made on m72tees.com. Because all of our merch is made-to-order, returns and refunds are available under specific conditions only.

🕒 Return Window & Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging/tags.
  • Returns without prior approval or after the return window may not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Customized or personalized items (Print-on-Demand merch)
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Digital/downloadable goods (if applicable)
  • Items worn, used, or damaged after delivery

✅ How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos if the item is defective or damaged

We’ll respond within 24–48 business hours with the next steps.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Important:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design:

  • Submit a return request for the item you have
  • Place a new order for the item you want

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After that, production begins and changes can no longer be made.

📦 Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us immediately at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)
  • Tracking or shipping information (if applicable)

We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
